This website’s focus

On June 8th, 2016 at a Special General Meeting, resolutions were passed to close Shaar Shalom Synagogue in Thornhill after over 40 years.

Our goal for this website is to inform our members of any invitations or Open Houses offered by other Toronto synagogues. Many synagogues are holding events specially for the Shaar Shalom community to get to know us and to see if they can offer the right fit for your next spiritual home. The second goal is to keep you updated with regards to the sale and disposition of the assets as we move forward. Look for any news on page Update.
